Lavender soap and minor shipping issue

I ordered a few bars of Lavender Soap and a Lavender Lip Balm from Pumpkin Blossom Farm. The soap has a great scent and feels gentle on the skin, definitely a win. The lip balm is also nice and moisturizing. My only slight issue was with the shipping; it took a full 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use. Everything was packaged securely, thankfully, so nothing was damaged. The prices are fair for handmade products, and I like supporting a small farm. I'll probably order again, just wish shipping was a touch faster.

Solid experience with body butter

I purchased the Lavender Body Butter after hearing some good things. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no hiccups there. It took about 6 days for the package to reach me in California, which was within their estimated delivery window. The body butter itself is thick and moisturizing, with a pleasant, subtle lavender scent that isn't overpowering. I appreciated that it was well-sealed to prevent leaks during transit. I haven't had a need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that, but overall, the product quality and delivery met my expectations. It's a nice product for dry skin.

Great value on lavender tea

I was looking for some good quality lavender tea but didn't want to overspend. Found Pumpkin Blossom Farm and saw they had a first order code. Used it and got 10% off my Lavender Tea order. The shipping was free too since my order was over the minimum. It felt like a really good deal for what I got.

Nice candle, quick delivery

So I decided to treat myself and got a Lavender Candle from Pumpkin Blossom Farm. It smells really good, like real lavender, not that fake stuff. The ordering was super easy, just clicked a few buttons. It got here pretty fast, maybe 4-5 days to my place in Ohio. The packaging was cute too. Will probably get another one when this runs out.

Good Lavender Mist

I ordered the Lavender Mist. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The scent is nice and not too strong. I use it on my pillow before bed. Happy with the purchase.

Is it worth going to one of their workshops? Thinking about the yoga session, but not sure if it's just a tourist trap.

M Megan 2 months ago

I went to a wreath-making workshop last year and it was really nice. Super relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Not a trap at all.

Their workshops are usually pretty chill and well-run. I did a culinary one and learned a lot, plus it was a beautiful setting.

If I sign up for their email list, do you get a code for your first purchase right away?

G Greg 2 months ago

Yeah, usually. Most sites send you a welcome code after you sign up. That's how I got my first discount.

B Brett 2 months ago

I'm pretty sure I got a 10% off code instantly when I signed up for their newsletter. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Does anyone know when the lavender is actually blooming at the farm? Want to visit when it's all purple.

G Greg Beaumont 2 months ago

From what I remember, peak bloom is usually around late June into July. That's when it looks amazing for photos.

N Neil 2 months ago

Definitely May, June, July are the best months. I went in early July last year and it was gorgeous, super fragrant too.

I'm thinking about buying a bunch of dried lavender for an event. Do they offer bulk discounts on that kinda thing?

A Alex Torres 2 months ago

For culinary lavender, I know they do. Not sure about dried bunches specifically, but it's worth asking. Might be under 'wholesale' or something similar.

R Rachel 2 months ago

I think I saw something about bulk culinary lavender discounts, so maybe for dried bunches too? Might be a good idea to shoot them an email.

Anyone know if you can use more than one discount code at checkout? Like if I have a newsletter sign-up code and a seasonal one?

O Omar W. 1 month ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried it before and it didn't work for me.

Most places don't let you stack 'em, and I think PBF is the same. Usually, it's just one promo per purchase.

Does Pumpkin Blossom Farm ship to California? And how long does it usually take to get here?

C Colin P. 2 months ago

Yep, they ship nationwide. For CA, I'd say maybe 5-7 business days, give or take. It's not super fast but not crazy slow either.

P Phil 2 months ago

They do ship to CA! Got my order last month in about a week. Worth the wait for the good stuff.

What's their return policy like for the body butter or lip balm? In case I don't like the scent.

T Troy M. 2 months ago

Afaik, for apothecary stuff like that, if it's opened, it's usually no returns for hygiene reasons. If it's sealed though, maybe.

5

C Cleo J. 2 months ago

Most places don't take back opened personal care items. Best to check their site, but I'd guess sealed only for returns.

Hey, I'm looking at getting some of the culinary lavender. Is their stuff actually organic or just like, farm-fresh good?

D David 2 months ago

Yeah, pretty sure it is. I remember seeing something on their site or an email that mentioned it's grown without pesticides. Tastes really clean.

1

R Rosa Carter 2 months ago

I think they do follow organic practices, but you might want to double-check their FAQ. I use their tea all the time and it's great.
